Positioning an independent barber as a craft brand — and turning the feed into a booking engine.



Clement is one of the sharpest barbers in his area, but the Instagram didn't show it. Photos were inconsistent, captions were thin, and bookings relied on regulars.
Shot before/afters and chair-side reels in-shop, built a simple grid system, and wrote captions that double as social proof. Added a clear booking CTA in bio and on every relevant post.
A feed that reads like a portfolio. New-client bookings now come directly from Instagram instead of word-of-mouth alone.
